SALON POLICY

Late Arrivals

In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. However, if you are more than fifteen minutes late, full service may not be completed.

Confirmation/Reminder Texts

You will receive a confirmation text message 2-3 days prior to your appointment. You must reply YES to confirm, or call the salon number to reschedule or cancel.

Late Cancellations

We understand that emergencies can happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling’s at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. If the booking was made on the same day, notify us at least 3 hours prior.

Illness

We ask that you please be considerate of staff and other clients and DO NOT come to your appointment if you are unwell. We will work with you to reschedule it.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your service please do not feel uncomfortable reaching out to us about it. We want you to love your hair and your experience.

If you are not completely content, please let us know during your treatment or within 48 hours after your service has been performed. We are committed to making any needed corrections (so long as such corrections are made within a 2 week time frame from the date of service otherwise the service will not be complimentary) and if there was a major problem on our side, to offer you a refund. In order to be considered for a refund due to a deemed major problem, we reserve the right to request an inspection and the opportunity to repair the issue.

Please note a refund will not be considered if you simply change your mind. If you have a change of mind on what you initially wanted, we will happily do your hair but at an additional charge for your new do.

Health Issues

For your comfort and safety, please notify us prior to your appointment if you have allergies, any physical issues, disabilities, if you are pregnant or on any medication. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please alert us immediately.

Right to Refuse Service

Our staff have the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.
